Now that we have completed our design and selections process and construction has began on our new home, I just wanted to pass along how impressed and satisfied we have been with your process and how great each of you have been to work with.
I have heard many stories from other people dealing with different builders and their experiences have not been near as positive as ours.
However, in our case....From our initial lot selection and contracting with Joni, our floor plan and structural changes with Sears, our selections process with Ursala and Allison and now the start-up of the building process with Cameron, each one of you have been a pleasure to work with. You have also all been very accommodating of all our change requests and have allowed us to truly customize our home to our tastes without adding unreasonable costs.
The primary purpose of this email is to say THANK YOU for all your help, patience and assistance during this process.
Due to your outstanding customer service in making this a positive experience, I will be very strongly recommending Turnberry to anyone I know that is considering a new home!
