Are the purchasers of Turnberry Homes satisfied with their Turnberry homes?

We take customer satisfaction very seriously at Turnberry. This is evidenced by the recent independent survey of Nashville area new homeowners conducted by New Homes and Communities Magazine (Nashville, TN) that listed Turnberry Homes as Number 1 among all customers surveyed in customer satisfaction.

Where are you currently building?

Turnberry homes is currently building in several neighborhoods in the Nashville, Tennessee, area. Our homes are in Williamson County and South Davidson County, with easy access to the popular shopping and dining of Cool Springs, the history of Franklin, the distinction of Brentwood and the charm of Nolensville. What do your neighborhoods look like?

We build in a variety of neighborhoods because we know our clients enjoy a variety of lifestyles. We are in communities that offer extra privacy, and large communities with neighborhood pools. You will find wooded homesites and estate sized lots interspersed among our communities, too.

What assurances do I have that I will be satisfied?

All clients purchasing Turnberry homes are provided a 20-page Industry Standards Manual, which will be made an exhibit to the Purchase Agreement. The manual outlines and details all performance standards for the home. These standards meet and often exceed those standards set forth by the National Homebuilders Association guidelines for quality.

Homebuyers are provided a New Home Presentation prior to closing on their new Turnberry home. This Presentation provides customer care tips for the home as well as instructions for the use of all appliances, mechanicals, windows, etc. Should any defects be observed, they will be noted and corrected prior to closing on the home.

Additionally, between the 6th and the 10th month of occupancy of your new Turnberry home we will arrange to come back and visit your home to provide a Follow-Up Inspection of your home. Then we promptly correct any warrantable defects.

Does Turnberry Homes provide any additional warranty to the home other than the first year?

In addition to the extensive first year warranty coverage of your new Turnberry home, Turnberry will warrant your home for an additional nine years (10 years total) against any structural defect found in the home per the terms and conditions set forth in the Industry Standards Manual.

What is Turnberry Homes’ experience in building homes?

We have been building new homes for more than 30 years. Today, Turnberry Homes is one of Nashville's most respected and largest builders of semi-custom homes. Our building experience includes once building the American residence for Prince Charles and Princess Diana of Great Britain, Mr. Tom Selleck, Ms. Jane Seymour and Mr. Merv Griffin all while being the resident homebuilder at Palm Beach Polo and Country Club in Palm Beach, FLA in the 1980's.

Will anyone be available to assist me in the color selections process for both the exterior and interior of my home?

Yes. Turnberry Homes has a full-time interior decorator on staff who will assist you in the selections process.

Our award-winning decorating professionals will meet with you at our exclusive selections design centers where you may select from numerous colors, brands and styles for all features of your home from brick to flooring and everything in between.

Will I be allowed to customize my new Turnberry home to best fit my family's needs?

Yes. At Turnberry Homes, we are prepared to grant most wishes to semi-customize your favorite Turnberry home design to best suit your family's needs and preferences. However, most Turnberry home designs include so many of the detailing and amenities most families need, that you may find changes unnecessary!

Does Turnberry Homes have decorated models that I can visit?

Yes. Each Turnberry community features a fully professionally decorated and staffed model home. Visit and see for yourself "The Turnberry Difference."

Does Turnberry Homes build any market homes that I can choose from should I need to move soon?

If I choose to select a home site within a community and ask that my house be built from the ground up, how long will the process take?

During most seasons of the year we require only about 5 months to build your home to quality standards. If a basement is added or during the winter months it may be necessary to add an additional month's building time.

Will my Realtor be welcomed at Turnberry Homes?

Yes. We pride ourselves with our working relationships with Realtors throughout Middle Tennessee. In fact, we encourage all customers to ask their Realtors about Turnberry Homes and our reputation.
